
Hi, I’m a Counselling Psychologist and I’m here to walk with you through life’s ups and downs. I support adolescents, young adults, and professionals who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem concerns, grief, or big life transitions. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices always with the goal of creating a safe space where you feel understood and supported. Alongside one-on-one sessions, I also hold workshops and seminars for students, parents, and corporate teams to nurture wellbeing, build resilience, and encourage growth.
