A master’s degree in Business management with specialization in marketing gave me limited options in Surat 30 yrs ago. But knowing to make the best given to me, I started my career as a guest faculty in Dept of Business and Industrial Management VNSGU teaching marketing and business communication to Part time MBA students who were working professionals. Continued this till my kids grew up to be independent and in 2004 took up a full time assignment as faculty in English for CAT students at Institute of Management studies. From this point there was no turning back till 2019 wherein I took up the following designation at various institutions.
Centre head — Frankfinn institute of airhostess training.
Centre head – Kuoni institute and HCL institute.
Training Manager — The Grand Bhagwati ( Gujarat’s 1st Five star deluxe hotel)
Director — Tapti kids.
Resigned in 2019 to start my own venture Ability. Here we provide all HR and Training solutions to organisations in all industries. I can be well described as a Administration by profession and a Trainer by passion!!
